Reported and provided a fix for Lighthouse Ticket #777, "Problem with colorized Output when writing to a file" (https://rspec.lighthouseapp.com/projects/5645/tickets/777-problem-with-co lorized-output-when-writing-to-a-file#ticket-777-3). Also removed missing files from manifest that prevent gem from building.
